Do you work by the hour or by project?
Primarily by project with defined scope. For consulting and code review, also by monthly retainer. The model depends on what makes most sense for each client.
What size company do you work with?
From technical founders who need a solid backend from scratch, to SMEs with teams of 5-20 engineers who need specific technical support or third-party integrations. I do not work with large corporations without direct contact with the technical team.
Can you integrate into an existing team?
Yes. I can work as an external engineer integrated into the team, using their tools, processes and methodologies. I can also do code review without participating in development.
What languages can you work in?
Spanish, English, Catalan and German. No problem with international teams.
How does pricing work?
Customized for each project. After the first call I send a proposal with scope, time estimate and cost. Full transparency from the start.
